If any instrument malfunctions or stops working, our team is here to help. Depending on the warranty status of the instrument, we will arrange a repair or replacement where applicable. For more details regarding warranty coverage, please review our Terms and Conditions.

Instruments that are covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer, in accordance with our warranty policy.

For safety and regulatory compliance, EuroSurg cannot accept any equipment that contains or is contaminated with hazardous substances. All items must be properly cleaned and decontaminated before being returned to our facility.
Equipment may be decontaminated using one of the following methods:
Gas Sterilization (Ethylene Oxide)
Irradiation
Disinfectant Wipe Down (e.g., 10% Bleach Solution)
Scintillation Count for radioactive applications (please include isotope information if applicable)
Important Notice:
Failure to confirm the above safety requirements may result in delay or refusal of the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping charges will be paid on customer’s end.
