Return Policy

At EuroSurg, we are committed to providing high-quality surgical instruments and reliable customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained from our support team before shipping the item back. RMA numbers remain valid for 15 days, and returns sent without an authorized RMA may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and shipping fees are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee may apply to most returned items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify our support team within 2 business days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement. Certain items, including diagnostic supplies, refurbished products, replacement parts, and custom orders, are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges and applicable restocking fees. Orders may be cancelled before shipment when possible, though cancellation fees may apply once processing has begun. EuroSurg reserves the right to update product pricing, specifications, or availability without prior notice.
