Return Policy

At Euro Surg, we are committed to providing high-quality surgical instruments and reliable customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging.

Return authorization

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our support team. You can request one on our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges page. RMA numbers remain valid for 15 days. Returns sent without an authorized RMA may not be accepted.

Restocking fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to approved returns of unused items. The fee does not apply to warranty claims, items that arrive damaged or defective, or items shipped in error.

Damaged or defective on arrival

If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify our support team within 2 business days of delivery and include photos. We will arrange a replacement and ship it at Euro Surg’s cost.

Defects that appear later during normal use are handled under our Warranty, which allows 30 days from the time you identify the issue.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for any customs duties or import fees on the returned shipment. We recommend a tracked, insured service, because Euro Surg is not responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Items that cannot be returned

Diagnostic supplies, refurbished products, replacement parts, and custom orders are non-returnable.

Safety requirements

All returned items must be cleaned and decontaminated before shipping. Euro Surg cannot accept items that are contaminated or biologically active.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected. Shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee are deducted.

Cancellations and changes

Orders may be cancelled before shipment when possible. Cancellation fees may apply once processing has begun. Euro Surg reserves the right to update product pricing, specifications, or availability without prior notice.
