Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the shopping cart and checkout page based on the destination, package weight, and DHL shipping rates.
Orders above $500 may qualify for free standard shipping, however oversized or heavy items may be excluded from this offer. If your order contains multiple or bulky products, our team may contact you to confirm the final shipping cost before processing the order.
Please note that additional services such as special handling, remote delivery areas, or customs-related charges may result in additional shipping fees determined by the shipping carrier.
Orders shipped to destinations outside the main delivery zones may require additional charges. In such cases, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm the shipping cost before the order is processed.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days, provided that the items are in stock and payment verification is completed.
If any item in your order is temporarily unavailable or requires additional processing time, our support team will contact you with an update.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped through DHL Express or other reliable courier partners. Delivery time usually depends on your location and the selected shipping service.
Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the shipment.

EuroSurg offers worldwide shipping through DHL. International shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, package weight, and DHL shipping rates.
International orders typically arrive within 5–12 business days, depending on customs processing and destination country regulations.
Please note that import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on the laws of your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
