Warranty
EuroSurg guarantees that all surgical instruments bearing the EuroSurg mark, whether stamped, engraved, or laser-etched, are manufactured to high standards of quality and precision.
If any instrument is found to have a manufacturing defect, EuroSurg may repair or replace the product at its discretion. If the instrument cannot be repaired, a replacement may be provided at no additional cost, provided the issue falls within the applicable warranty period and the instrument has been used for its intended purpose.
Limited Warranty Instruments
Certain instruments are covered under limited warranty periods depending on the material and design.
Tungsten Carbide Scissors – 5 Years
Tungsten Carbide Needle Holders – 5 Years
Diamond Dust Instruments – 5 Years
Titanium Instruments – 5 Years
Super-Cut Scissors – 5 Years
Silver or Chrome Plated Instruments – 3 Years
Repair Warranty
EuroSurg believes in reliable and worry-free ownership of surgical instruments. If an instrument malfunctions during the valid warranty period, we will repair or replace it according to our warranty policy. Claims reported within 30 days of identifying the issue will be handled without additional repair charges when applicable.
Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty applies only to defects in materials or manufacturing. Damage caused by improper use, misuse, poor maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
EuroSurg does not provide any other express or implied warranties beyond those stated in this policy. The company shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
