Warranty
Euro Surg guarantees that all surgical instruments bearing the Euro Surg mark, whether stamped, engraved, or laser-etched, are manufactured to high standards of quality and precision.
If an instrument has a manufacturing defect within its warranty period and has been used for its intended purpose, Euro Surg will repair or replace it at its discretion, with no charge for parts or labor. If the instrument cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Warranty Periods
Warranty periods start on the date of the original purchase.

Making a warranty claim
- Report the issue within 30 days of identifying it.
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges page. Please do not ship any instrument without an approved RMA.
- Clean and decontaminate the instrument before shipping, following our Cleaning Procedures.
- Ship the instrument to Euro Surg at your own cost. Approved claims are repaired or replaced, and Euro Surg pays to ship the repaired or replacement instrument back to you.

Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty applies only to defects in materials or manufacturing. Damage caused by improper use, misuse, poor maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Warranty coverage applies to repair or replacement only. Shipping costs to Euro Surg, and any customs duties or import fees on the returned shipment, are the customer’s responsibility.
Euro Surg does not provide any other express or implied warranties beyond those stated in this policy. The company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.

Euro Surg ships orders both domestically and internationally using reliable shipping carriers. Orders are processed as quickly as possible depending on product availability and order volume.
Shipping times may vary based on location, carrier schedules, and external circumstances beyond our control.
Payment Methods
Euro Surg uses secure payment processing systems to ensure safe transactions. Payment information is verified using cardholder details such as name, billing address, and security codes to prevent fraudulent transactions.
For security purposes, sensitive payment details are not stored after the transaction is completed.
